The Memphis Housing Resource Center (MHRC) fosters new home ownership in the City of Memphis by helping low and moderate income individuals understand the complexities of buying and maintaining a home. Counseling is available for potential homebuyers and is designed to provide specific knowledge in the following areas: Home Purchasing Process Financial an Credit Management Home Ownership Counseling Basic Home Maintenance Training In addition to providing support to external clients, MHRC also serves those individuals seeking home ownership assistance from Community Development Programs offered by he City of Memphis Division of HCD. Our hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; and 10a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. |
